Happy Catholic Schools Week!
It was wonderful to see so many school families at Mass and Open House last Sunday.

Many thanks to our student leaders who assisted with Mass and our Parent Association and School Board members who provided hospitality to parishioners, school families and visitors.

Tonightwe are hosting a"ProspectiveParent Information Night"for prospective families at6:30. Our online application is available for any NEW students, including siblings of current students and can be foundhere.
On January 20th, we had an amazing"Taste of St. Perpetua"! Thank you toMarina Alessandrini and Julie Aguilerafor all their efforts coordinating the chefs, beverages, music, and guests! All those in attendance had a terrific time!
I know that on these dark and cold mornings, it can be difficult to get moving. Please make every effort tobe on time to school. Students need to be in their class line when the8:00ambell rings. Yesterday we had 42 students who were tardy for school. These tardies cause a disruption to class morning routines and make it difficult for students to be at their best and ready to learn. Our neighbors also are concerned when cars with"Be the Good"magnets are speeding. Thank you for your cooperation!
Thank you to those who have taken the time to complete ourparent satisfaction survey. Your feedback and input is invaluable in helping us evaluate programs and plan for the upcoming year. Please complete the surveyherebyFebruary 3.
Last Thursday, you should have received an email from me with theschool directoryas an attachment. If you did not receive this email, please check your spam folder. Thank you to Kim and Suzanne and their committee for completing this document!

Almighty Father,
You sent forth your Son as a beacon of hope for all people.
As Teacher, he has given us the prime example of the importance of education.
As disciples, we look to him for inspiration and strength.
Thank you for the many sisters, brothers, priests, and lay people who have dedicated their lives in service to our Catholic schools.
Thank you for the teachers and administrators who sustain our schools today.
Thank you for the parents who have given support and witness to the importance of Catholic education in their daily lives.
Thank you for the students who work hard to further their education.
Bless our schools and the many people who advance our mission.
May our buildings be a home for those who seek to grow in faith, knowledge, and service of others.
May our communities always support one another and exhibit hospitality to newcomers.
Fill our minds with knowledge and wisdom.
May our understanding of the world help us to grow in appreciation for it.
Fill our hearts with gladness.
May we always turn to you in times of need.
Fill our hands with the tools we need to serve others.
May we show them your unceasing love through our actions.
In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
Amen.
