Application Process

  • APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION
    Application should be completed online and submitted as soon as possible.

  • APPLICATION FEE
    A fee of $75 due when the application is submitted. This fee covers administrative costs, is non-refundable and does not, in the case of acceptance, apply toward tuition.

  • TEACHER RECOMMENDATION
    Core teacher questionnaire is required for acceptance. The teacher completing the form must have taught your child within the past eighteen months.

  • ACADEMIC RECORDS
    If applying for grades one through eight, copies of your child(ren)’s report cards and standardized testing (as applicable) for the past two years are required for admittance. 

  • BIRTH CERTIFICATE

  • BAPTISM CERTIFICATE
    If Catholic, a copy of your child(ren)’s Baptism Certificate. 

  • VISIT / TOUR   You may arrange a personal tour by emailing blaplante@csdo.org 

  •  ACADEMIC SCREENING

    Applicants will be scheduled for academic assessment

  •  TUITION ASSISTANCE

    Every child should have access to a Catholic education. Applications for financial assistance are handled separately from applications for admission, and links will be posted on our website in early-winter as soon as they are available.
